In this quick raw and real expose I share with you my struggles with alcoholism. Did you know up to 71% of people in rehab have an existing mental health condition? It's a staggering statistic and one that highlights the link between addiction and mental health very well.
Alcoholism isn't a funny deal and it can destroy lives, if you or anyone are suffering with an addiction please seek medical attention asap.
For me, what helped in my recovery is an organisation called Horizon's who gave me tips and tricks to remain abstinent off alcohol.
