In this episode, I am joined by guests Promise and Naomi to explore the power of self discovery and what it means to them, how certain life events can lead you to a path of self discovery and what impact these changes have on us. In a world that's constantly changing and evolving, it's easy to lose sight of who we are and what we stand for.
Self-discovery allows us to reconnect with ourselves and gain a deeper understanding of our values, beliefs, and passions. By taking the time to reflect on our experiences and emotions, we can identify patterns and behaviours that may be holding us back and make positive changes in our lives.
We delve into a discussion about what blocks some of us from embarking on a true and authentic journey to our breakthroughs and share some personal stories...this is an interesting show to say the least!
