Welcome to the 48th episode of the Startup Blender 🎧 Our guest, this time, is Eerika Savolainen from Finland 🇫🇮
Eerika is a CEO at Slush, a non-profit organization that is building the world's leading startup event and the largest gathering of VC – it is truly the most founder focused event on earth. 🌐
The Slush team strongly believes that entrepreneurship is the most efficient way to create human progress – that’s why their mission is to create and help founders change the world, which they have been successfully embracing since 2008. 🚀
Eerika, started her journey with Slush in 2014 as a volunteer. She liked the experience and decided to join the organization as a full time team member. Throughout the years she tried out different roles, and eventually she became a CEO of an organization. 🙌
We had a very interesting chat in this episode. We talked about her journey at Slush, challenges that come with being a CEO, and what are the expectations from this year’s event happening in the last week of November. 🎙️
Our goal is to interview different people who have working experience in startups to show you the different aspects of startup life. 🥁
