This episode is a little bit of a creative diary, one where I’m unpacking all the feelings that come up when you're evolving, but your content doesn’t quite match your current energy anymore. I'm over podcasts, but I am podcasting about it?? LOL. Let's get into it...
I’ve been feeling the nudge, that quiet, intuitive pull, to shift how I podcast, create, and show up. Not because something was wrong, but because something in me has changed. And when your inner world pivots, your creative world has to follow.
In this conversation with myself (and with you), I talk about intuition in creativity, wrestling with self-doubt, and how I'm learning to follow what feels exciting rather than what feels expected. I get into the evolution of my podcast, the permission to experiment with format, and why I think authenticity always leads us somewhere good, even if it's messy at first.
So if you’re in a season of change in your work, your content, or just who you're becoming, I hope this feels like a cozy space to breathe, reflect, and remember that it’s okay to pivot. It’s okay to start over. It’s okay to follow the creative breadcrumb trail… even if it leads you somewhere you’ve never been before.
💭 Sound bites I’ll probably write in my journal later:
"I wish I had done that."
"Everything can change with your energy."
"Follow your highest excitement."
