I’ll share my thoughts on why the "calorie deficit" advice is often too blunt and unhelpful, and I’ll offer some more empathetic and practical advice. Plus, I’ll share a real-life example of a client who was doing everything right but still not seeing results—until we discovered an underlying issue.
