As I read Psalm 98, look for the multiple occurrences of the words “Sing,” “Shout,” and “Let.”
Psalm 98 has several similarities to Psalm 96! The opening lines are identical. Verse 7 is close to 96:11, and verse 9 is like 96:13.

He shall judge the world in righteousness, and He shall administer judgment for the peoples in uprightness (H4339). -Ps. 9:8
