Vegetable stew is a simple south Indian curry made with lots of vegetables. It's highly nutritious, comforting, and a delicious recipe that your kids will love.
This recipe is customizable, which basically means you can add vegetables of your choice. Usually this recipe is made with fresh coconut milk but I know that it's a little tough job to extract milk from coconut and it is time-consuming too.
And knowing all the busy moms out there who are trying to spend as much less time as possible in their kitchens, without compromising on the taste of food, I thought of making the same recipe with normal milk.
And guess what It came out really well. The taste was simply awesome.
You can find the recipe along with the step-by-step process at https://thetastesofindia.com/vegetable-stew
