Welcome to "The Third Mind" - A podcast that examines the world of supervision in transactional analysis psychotherapy.
I am Aruna Gopakumar, a provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst. In each episode, we present a supervision session – a dialogue between a therapist and supervisor where the therapist reflects on their lived experience with a client. Therapists talk about their questions, stuckness, mistakes and ethical dilemmas and think together with me about them. Each session is followed by a discussion with other psychotherapy trainees, to apply theory to practice.
