T.R.O.N. Podcast. The Randomness of Nothing

Hello and thank you for coming! I'd like you all to know a little about me. My name is Rashad Woods, the creator of The T.R.O.N. Podcast, The Randomness of Nothing. I decided to dive into the world of podcasting because I am always seeking answers to the world around me. Often times, I'll dive deep into for hours on the internet or a documentary just to find out interesting information. I decided to call this podcast the randomness of nothing, because well, random thoughts of interest fill my days! I love to learn about new things, how they work, how they were made or what people do for a living and why. Folks frequently tell me in casual conversations about all the random weird things I seem to know about, and yeah, I'm kind of a geek when it comes to that! It came to me to take that interest to the next level by talking to subject matter experts in topics that interest me! I hope you become a dedicated listener to the podcast! In my free time, I work out, watch movies and practice martial arts. I have a black belt in Tang Soo Do, a brown belt in Taekwondo and currently practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.  Let's dive in and take the trip into randomness together!

Fitz Koehler- Fitness Guru & Media Powerhouse
Fitz Koehler, M.S.E.S.S., is a dynamic force in the fitness world—gracing stages worldwide, firing up finish lines as America’s Noisiest Race Announcer, and calling out excuses wherever they hide. With a master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida, Fitz fuses science with humor, heart, and unapologetic bossiness. Her no-nonsense, get-it-done approach feels like a pep talk from your most fun, brutally honest friend—the one who’ll hand you a water bottle, crack a joke, and tell you to stop whining and start winning. Fitz has energized audiences for some of the world’s most respected brands and organizations—including Disney, Oakley, Office Depot, and the American Cancer Society—delivering high-impact keynotes that inspire action and lasting change. She’s also a familiar face on national and regional television, sharing practical, real-world advice on fitness, weight loss, and living well. She is the creator of The Morning Mile, a before-school walking and running program now thriving in more than 400 schools worldwide, helping kids and families start their days strong and active. Her newest book, You. Supercharged! The Exact Formula for Fitness, Weight Loss, and Longevity, provides adults with a smart, science-based, and refreshingly honest blueprint for building strength, losing weight, boosting energy, and creating sustainable habits for a longer, healthier life. Fitz’s resilience runs deep. After enduring 15 months of the “treatment triathlon”—chemotherapy, radiation, and surgeries—she conquered cancer and came back stronger than ever. This life-altering experience inspired her Healthy Cancer Comeback Series, designed to help patients and survivors regain strength, confidence, and joy through fitness. Through her hit podcast The Fitzness Show, impactful books, and electric energy on race stages across America, Fitz continues her mission to help people live better, longer, and louder. With her, fitness isn’t punishment—it’s power, fun, and freedom. Visit Fitzness.com and follow @Fitzness on social media for a jolt of energy.
