You don’t have to stare at the summit to make progress. In fact, sometimes it’s better if you can’t see it at all.
In this episode, I share the story of summiting Mount Sahale. There was fog. There was a sketchy rock scramble. There was a mountain goat we named Gerald (obviously). But the biggest lesson? Most of the climb, we couldn’t even see the summit, and honestly? That made it easier. We just kept moving. One step at a time. Focused on what was right in front of us.
In this episode:Why constantly fixating on the end goal (like $100K months) can actually create overwhelmHow to reverse engineer your goals into simple, focused actionsWhat it looks like to move through the “switchbacks, scree fields, and glacier crossings” of businessThe mindset shift that helps you stay grounded, even when you can’t see how far you’ve come
This one is for the dreamers, the doers, and the ones halfway up the mountain wondering if they’re still on track.
