Gender-based violence (GBV) can happen to anyone. And so, what’s some of the healing work we can do as individuals to curb or dissolve this?

In this new podcast episode, we explore some of the healing work you can do as someone who's experienced GBV or as someone who has perpetrated it. This episode is also for you who might’ve grown up in a home where there was domestic violence, and for you who might’ve not experienced any harm in your relationships and you want to dissolve any seed that may give rise to such experiences.

In the episode, we explore the inner landscape of some of what might lead to experiences of GBV, for both the victim and the perpetrator. We quite specifically explore: what is it (the root) that might lead to two lovers being in such an experience?

i) for you as someone who is or has been in relationships where there was abuse or violence.

Within the scope of my practice, this is a healing work I call “Intimacy Healing”. It is a healing work for pain and trauma experienced in intimate relationships; for transmuting patterns and the root of painful or unhealthy relationships in your life and lineage; and cultivating and nurturing healthy intimacy in your life and for your descendants.

This is a healing work that’s greatly needed in our society, especially during the times we're currently navigating where many are facing great challenges in intimate relationships. This is an invitation for us to heal and chart new pathways of relating, experiencing joy, and thriving in romantic relationships.
