#11 'Building Cowboy' | Karim Slaoui

In this month's episode, we are absolutely honoured to speak to Karim Slaoui. Karim is ever the optimist, a born problem-solver, and a seasoned entrepreneur. After his Ph.D. he co-founded Take Eat Easy, a food delivery company that rivalled the likes of Deliveroo and Uber Eats. Today, he is the co-founder of the electric bike company Cowboy. Karim opens up on the rise and fall of his first venture Take Eat Easy and takes us through the process of creating Cowboy. He gives us great insights into how companies raise millions of euros through venture capital and he teaches us to make sure we're always in the driver's seat of our own lives. On top of being an entrepreneur and an amazing human being, Karim is also a cancer survivor and we are extremely thankful that he shared with us how building Cowboy has helped him beat the illness.
