Doctor Colby Kash has been studying health and wellness for a decade and graduated from the University of Florida’s College of Health and Human Performance with a Bachelor’s in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. After he received his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition at New York Chiropractic College, he continued to further his education as a Certified ADAPT Functional Medicine Practitioner, become a Certified Exercise Physiologist at the American Academy of Sport’s Medicine, a Certified Personal Trainer at the National Academy of Sport’s Medicine, and a Certified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist.
While in chiropractic school, Dr. Kash was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and inflammatory arthritis both caused by autoimmunity.
Through his relentless self-education and thousands of hours of research, Dr. Kash put together an intensive autoimmune remission program including radical lifestyle, diet, and biohacks that put him into 100% remission without the need for lifelong immunosuppressants.
He has now dedicated his life to use his knowledge to remove the pain and disability shadowing people’s lives; so, they can become the best version of themselves and give society their full potential in their respective fields. Some topics we cover include:
