In the penultimate Vim Podcast episode, Justin and Zach do a book report. They read Kwame Anthony Appiah's 2006 book 'Cosmopolitanism: Ethics in a World of Strangers'. Appiah is a British-Ghanaian political and moral philosopher at NYU and regularly writes for the NY Times.
Justin and Zach attempt to unpack the philosophical content of the book. They discuss different types of cosmopolitanism, Appiah's type, and his takedown of Peter Singer in the final chapter.
