In episode 33, our vision-nari is Rachel Goenka, CEO & Founder of The Chocolate Spoon Company - A hospitality venture with a chain of chic restaurants, bakeries, and patisseries. A young businesswoman, at 24 Rachel embarked on her entrepreneurship journey and currently, her restaurant portfolio comprises of 17 outlets and 2 central kitchens across Mumbai and Pune. She has also authored a book called ‘Adventures with Mithai’ and is also the youngest member of the Management Committee of the National Restaurants Association of India (NRAI). Tune as Rachel shares her journey and also talks about the repercussions of the current pandemic on the restaurant industry.
