Natalie is the Director of Hareonna Diversity Limited and is an equality, diversity and inclusion specialist. She has nearly 25 years of experience working in the disability rights, diversity and inclusion field. She has worked on many projects including project managing Liberty, the first disability rights and arts festival to be held in London. In addition, Natalie has written guidance on the equality act. She has worked both in and out of the sight loss sector and has a wealth of knowledge. She has also provided training and attended many speaking events.
