Erica shares the struggles that her mother has faced in being an Ecuadorian immigrant and provides insight into the Hispanic business community. Together, Swati and Erica, highlight the many Warrior Queen qualities that it takes for  Erica’s mother to continue towards her dream of successfully owning her own food business. Erica concludes the conversation by sharing her dream to empower women who are facing economic inequalities to achieve their goals and live a better life.
