Why focus on investing in real estate as opposed to “more popular” investments rather than crypto, forex or stocks?

In this week’s podcast, we have the second chapter 2 of the Simple Passive Cash Flow book where we talk about real estate as a source of cashflow.

Real estate can provide genuine cash flow for investors because it generates income from rental payments or profits from the sale of properties.

When you purchase a rental property, you can generate rental income from tenants who pay you rent regularly. 

You can generate a positive cash flow as long as the rent covers the costs of maintaining the property, such as mortgage payments, property taxes, and repairs.
