In this episode, we start to look at how our needs affect our ability to sustain our long-term goals. I discuss how we can confuse our wants with needs, often leading to unfulfillment or the dreaded word "failure". We look at why this might be affecting your health and weight loss goals.
We start to uncover HOW to find out what our true needs are, and I share some journal prompts with you to help with this. From doing this we can start to understand our "WHY" and dig deeper into what's actually going to keep us striving towards our goals even when times get tough - we can learn to use our SUPERPOWER!!!
