It was this quest if you will, that made him leave his tech job and start to do his own soul searching and researching that eventually lead him to start to work on the documentary Food Lies to try to explain some of the myths as well as educate himself and others along the way about big food and the food industry in general.
Brian Sanders is the filmmaker behind the

Peak Human, and an international speaker. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He’s the founder of
Sapien Center, a popular health club in Austin. He also works to spread the awareness of regenerative agriculture and increase access to well-raised animal products through his nationwide meat & body care company
