So, if you've been confused by the name of the podcast and the episode's titles, that's why. I ended up transferring all the interviews that I did for that old podcast to my personal one because it would've been a waste to let all the guest’s knowledge to go to waste.

Nina Teicholz, a science journalist, is author of the New York Times bestseller, The Big Fat Surprise, which upended the conventional wisdom on dietary fat–especially saturated fat—and spurred a new conversation about whether these fats in fact cause heart disease.
