
Last week we talked about taking control of our health. In this process I have come to realize that increased cortisol could be playing a big factor in the way I feel day to day. Thus- mission lower cortisol. Today I am updating you on my first 9 days of being more intentional about lowering my cortisol and improving my mood, energy, and overall health.
