Cacao is a non-psychoactive plant medicine that helps open the heart chakra. You make it as a hot beverage using hot water and ceremonial cacao which is just the purest form of chocolate and blessed for ritual purposes. This medicine will help drop you into your heart on a deeper level to receive guidance, healing and expansion within your heartspace. 

Jaclyn’s meditation will focus on bringing you into deeper connection with your heart to understand where it is guiding you so you feel safe to follow it. 

The intention for this meditation is to share the offering of cacao within your own meditation when working with the energies of the heart -— especially love. Her prayer is for you to always follow your heart to receive what is waiting for you in your highest good.
