This podcast explores the ins and outs of what keeps us from fully knowing and embracing our worthiness. It’s for you if you are ready to reclaim the full essence of who you are, walk your own path, take up space, and come home to your truth. You can expect radical vulnerability and thought leaders that will help you feel more secure while welcoming a wild dose of worthiness into your world. Here, we challenge the status quo; we disrupt and unlearn patterns that keep us stuck in shame spirals, and invite each other to embrace discomfort in order to remember our innate sense of wholeness.

033 - Decolonize the Mind with Ariana Fotinakis

Ariana Fotinakis (she/her) is a woman of mixed ancestry, with Anishinaabe and Greek roots. As a trauma-informed coach, founder of Decolonize and Rize, and breathwork facilitator, Ariana brings a grounded, gentle, and compassionate approach that supports her clients in their healing and decolonial journeys. Since 2013 she has supported 100s of clients across the globe with transformational change.

Ariana is a medicine woman who supports individuals and organizations to come home to their unique medicine and serve in a way that is in deeper alignment with the natural rhythms of nature. She is a permission slip to remind us that we are our own best Guide; there is no other individual, course, program, or book that knows what's best for you better than you do. She is an invitation for all of us to remember the roles we're here to play in the larger ecosystem and to feel free to fulfill those roles in the ways that are most authentic to us. May we appreciate slowness. May we embody titration. May we respect ourselves. May we respect our great Mother.
