This is a special [Live Session] recording of the yoga nidra practice from my New Year’s Edition event. Since this was recorded live, you’ll hear some natural city sounds, including a couple of external noises during the body scan section. I hope you’ll embrace these moments as part of the experience—just like in yoga nidra, we practice accepting whatever arises and letting it pass.


Before you start, take some time to reflect on your sankalpa—a heartfelt intention for the year ahead. A sankalpa is more than a typical New Year’s resolution; it’s a powerful statement that connects you to your deeper purpose and guides meaningful change.


In this practice, we’ll let go of anything we want to leave behind in 2024 and set our sankalpa to plant the seeds for the year we want to create in 2025. It’s a chance to reflect, reset, and realign as you welcome the new year.
