100% truth— I didn’t really feel inspired to record this episode.
But maybe that’s exactly why I needed to.

Because sometimes, the most authentic space to share from is the one we’re still moving through ourselves. And right now, that space for me is uncertainty — learning to trust the in-between, to breathe with it, and to let it shape me in ways I can’t yet see.
