In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I’m talking about how to figure out what actually works for you on your weight loss journey. There’s no universal formula that fits everyone, no matter what exercise science or nutrition experts say. The truth is that your life isn’t lived in a lab, and what works for one person might not work for you.

If you’ve been on this journey for a while and feel like you’ve never fully “got it,” this conversation is for you. We’ll talk about why building a foundation around your personal preferences is the real key to lasting consistency. When you start with what you enjoy and can sustain, you’ll get better results and find it easier to maintain them.

I’ll also break down the basics of what I believe applies to everyone — balancing resistance, endurance, and flexibility training while eating nutrient-dense foods and drinking enough water. From there, it’s all about shaping your own plan and learning how to be consistent through practice, not perfection.

This episode is your reminder that you’re the architect of your health journey. Once you build your foundation, you can train like an athlete, eat like one, or simply live in a way that feels right for you. It all starts with figuring out what works best for you and sticking with it long enough to see results that last.
