Take just seven minutes to unwind and reconnect with your body in this gentle floor yoga flow.
We’ll begin with a steady 4-count breath to calm the mind, then move through slow, mindful stretches to open the neck, hamstrings and hips—finishing with a heart-warming hug to fill your body and mind with gratitude and compassion.
This short practice is perfect first thing in the morning or right before bed—no chair or standing poses required, just a few minutes on the floor to breathe, stretch and let go.
