Meet Arva Chiu, Stanford educated doctor who decided to move to the tiny village of Barrow, Alaska to be one of six do-it-all-doctors after getting her medical degree. She's since become what we laymen would call a Butt Doctor (other people call them Endoscopists) doing multiple colonoscopies a day until she recently retired.
