
Boundaries are harder to set than we think! On our social media platforms, we asked YOU to submit questions & topics that you would like to hear discussed during this session in regards to BOUNDARIES.
We thought hard and long about each question, and here is the final product!
In this session, we cover:
1. What a boundary even is, and the types of boundaries we can set.
2. When a boundary is actually needed.
3. Having guilt around setting boundaries, and how to combat it!
4. How to start setting boundaries with the people around us without tarnishing the relationship.
5. Boundaries with our in-laws!!
6. Setting boundaries at work.
7. Setting boundaries around intimacy with romantic partners as well as people that want to hug us (and we do not want to hug back).
