Dating and the single life is an episode around what it’s like to be single in this day in age, and start dating! As always, we asked YOU for any questions you might have about starting therapy, and as per usual you guys came through =D

- DATING APPS! Is there another way to meet someone?
- How to handle ghosting.
- How to avoid/be aware of co-dependency.
- Combating loneliness - wanting a relationship but also being content being single.
- Is it normal to not want a relationship?
- How to process/grieve an ex you’re still hung up on.
- How to deal with single friends who are jealous when you are dating.
- Are all first relationships a mess, irrespective of age/life experience?
