This week Rob and Sarah are starting a new series all about Spiritual Disciplines. Regardless of our beliefs, we can all agree that there is something that is forming us. For those of us who call ourselves Christians, the thing that is forming us should be Jesus. Jesus demonstrated perfectly how to be in relationship with the Father. If we follow his example, this will help us to understand the importance of Spiritual Disciplines.
