Welcome to the "They Think It's All Rovers" Podcast.
Today’s episode sees us sit down with Scott Sellars, who spent six years at Ewood Park, making over 300 appearances, and he was part of the sides that won the 1987 Full Members' Cup and was part of the promotion-winning side in 1992.
Scott joins us to discuss his early life in football as a Sheffield Wednesday fan, and how he signed as an apprentice at Leeds.
His move to Blackburn then comes under the spotlight as we make the journey through his career in Lancashire. Scott gives his thoughts on Bobby Saxton, Don Mackay and Kenny Dalglish, and discusses Jack Walker's arrival and his influence.
There's also focus on the Full Members' Cup victory in 1987, the failed play-off campaigns and the winning moments in the 1992 play-off final, which turned out to be Scott's last game for the club.
Discuussions then come onto Scott's departure and regrets, before focus turns to his time in Denmark and his subsequent coaching career.
Scott then answers our quickfire questions on his favourite game, the best player he played with and his favourite goal.
