From Surviving a Disaster to Becoming an Agent of Change

In this episode, the ASEAN Foundation's Head of Programme, Mr. Mahmudi Yusbi, tells his remarkable story of surviving the 2004’s Indian Ocean tsunami in Aceh, Indonesia, and how the experience has shaped him into the person he’s now.

Hosted by Dinda, our Communications Intern, this episode will focus on how Mr. Mahmudi recovers and thrives from such tragedy while at the same time spreading a message of hope and resilience that will hopefully help those who are trying to overcome the anxiety and trauma caused by the COVID-19.
