Each episode there will be a question for you to ask yourself. All of these questions have been super impactful on my journey into deepening my relationship with myself.

This can lead to stress, a negative self image and overall misalignment with your soul. I ask myself this question anytime I start feeling "off" or "not like myself" and it is game changing!
