Hello, this is me and I can be a bit messy. But I’m learning to love and embrace that as well as my healing journey!
In this short introduction you will learn a bit about why I’ve embarked on this project, hear my puppy making weird noises and maybe, did I sniff? I hope not!
I’m in the trenches with you on health and healing and my goal is to find the self care tools, practices and modalities which might form part of the jigsaw of your, mine or someone else’s health puzzle.
We need to get the nervous system to parasympathetic, rest and digest state, but how we do that will be different for us all. Series will start in the Spring but there will be updates on instagram.
