Mahlet Cuff is one of the many organizers fot the Justice 4 Black Lives Winnipeg team. Through out the month of June 2020 they've organized 9 rallies to bring awareness to the many layers of Black Lives Matter in the city of Winnipeg. Demands have been brought forth to governments, politicians, police, education and citizens about equality, police brutality, equity, and over all human rights. How does change come about?
