Tune in as our hosts, Dr. Timothy Cripe & Dr. Brenda Weigel, are joined by Dr. Samuel Volchenboum who is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics from the University of Chicago. Dr. Volchenboum spearheaded an international effort through two data platforms called the Pediatric Cancer Data Commons (PCDC) & GEARBOx (Genomic Eligibility Algorithm at Relapse for Better Outcomes). Listen in as he explains the importance behind these two platforms, as well as the challenges and barriers to data collaboration.
