Name: Daughter of the River
Inspiration: This cocktail is a tribute to our beloved Siuan Sanche. I felt like Siuan was a rum girl, so I was playing with a twist on a traditional daiquiri. The blue color represents the river and her former Ajah, and the gold of St. Germain and the gold sparkles represent her wardrobe as Amyrlin.
Cocktail Recipe:In a shaker without ice, pour:2 oz white rum0.75 oz St. Germain0.5 oz Blue Curacao1 oz lime juice1 oz egg white (or 1 egg white)Add edible sparklesDry shakeAdd ice, then shake againStrain into coupe glass Garnish with a lime wheel
