The three white lions are beginning the assignments that the president had given to them. Only to find that the problem was far deeper than he realized...or may he did. They introduce us to three of the creatures who roam the streets of Washington, D.C. The is the Scaly One called that not because of a skin condition, but because he was reptilian and stuffed into a former old white man. Oddly, he looked perfectly like many of the octogenarians on D.C.'s streets. Then, there was the Great Invisible Sloth who silently ate away at Americans' understanding of what their responsibilities were for their great democracy. The last one...in this chapter, was Chaos who looks like an eery toxic fire raging away at the country's Now and giving them no choice but to stand on the edge of the great Bridge of Change.
