Savasana is a very vital + important part of your practice. Especially, if you only have 10 mins. of your day to spare. Grab some pillows, a blanket or bolster to support your lower back+ arms + to rest your head on. If you have a sleeping mask, grab that too to cover your eyes! Although this is intended for prenatal women, postnatal + non-moms, dads, pretty much anyone is more than welcome to join in. A little R+R won’t hurt anyone!
