They explore the changes that occur in the pelvic floor during this stage of life (and into menopause), the significance of strength training for maintaining pelvic and bone health, and the common symptoms women experience. They dive into some common misconceptions, and emphasizes the need for women to advocate for their health and seek support, especially as they navigate these life transitions.
