I am a divorced, single mother of 3 who struggles with depression, ptsd, and anxiety. My hope is to create a platform to discuss these topics, along with other mental health issues so that we can bring awareness to these illnesses and create a safe haven for those who struggle as well to talk about their own experiences and situations.
