Barry Cherney joins us to talk about his transition away from identifying as a runner and how and why he founded the largest free cycling group in Rochester. Barry has run many of the big races here in Rochester and even took his turn at the NYC marathon. He has dabbled in multi-sport but now predominantly rides, putting in over 6,000 miles annually.
