Clem Chung joins us today to talk about his running history and a really cool and special project that he has coming up called the 144 challenge.
"Since Clem's son was diagnosed with autism at age 3, AutismUp has been there to support his family. Now he is asking for your support as he runs 144 miles around Monroe County (in honor of the 1 in 44 children diagnosed with autism)"
