BIO/Intro
Sabrina is a seasoned spiritual practitioner who embarked on her transformative journey in her late teens, immersing herself in a vast spectrum of spiritual traditions including Paganism/Wicca, Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, Sufism, Native American spirituality, healing touch, energetics, shamanism, embodied spirituality, and NonDual somatic meditation.
Her path initially unfolded as a massage therapist, embodiment educator, and yoga instructor, where she explored the intricate interplay of soma, psyche, and spirit. Transitioning from the corporate realm as a Human Resources Director, she pursued advanced studies, culminating in a master’s in dance/movement therapy and body psychotherapy from Naropa University.
With over 30 years of experience, Sabrina is a highly respected Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist and Consultant and Somatic Psychedelic Therapist. Although she is a licensed psychotherapist, she predominantly operates as a guide, elder, and spiritual doula.
Drawing from her diverse background, Sabrina offers accessible pathways to meditation, mindfulness, and expanded consciousness, illuminating the inherent wholeness that resides within each individual. As a passionate educator, she conducts trainings in various disciplines including IFS, authentic relating, psychotherapeutic touch, psychedelics, and embodied meditation. Currently, she is authoring a book on the transformative practice of being a Spiritual Doula and Elder.
