Orville Peck's "Pony" (2019)

The show that talks about stuff on purpose has returned with a brand-new episode where we discuss an album that was released in 2019! Remember 2019? Those innocent days before a pandemic that broke the world and drove half of us insane. Orville Peck, everybody's favorite mask-wearing surrealist neo-country artist, released his debut album, Pony, back in 2019, and six years later we're finally talking about it.

To be fair, TRAPPO didn't exist back in 2019, so discussing Pony when it was originally released was technically impossible. On this chilly December day, TRAPPO corrects that cosmic error as we have a lively discussion regarding the work of Orville Peck, Truman Capote's In Cold Blood, Mutant Disco, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

Enjoy it if you can.

(There are some annoying audio issues with this recording that cannot be corrected, so be warned)
