Jessica and the rest of the class will join Zan Wesley Holmes officials in cutting the ribbon on the new facility on Friday, December 12.

On today's show, we're catching up with Matthew McManigle (Balfour Beatty) and Tanner Lloyd (Birch Construction), who were the project managers on our 2024 Young Guns Community Investors Project! The team recently completed an exterior renovation of Spring Plaza, located at 4907 Spring Avenue, which is home to the nonprofit South Dallas Fair Park Community Development Corporation (ICDC) and three retail storefronts. It was the first completed investment of Dallas Catalyst Project: Mill City.
