Aarushi and Aditya are back with Episode 6 of their podcast ‘Trending Among Millennials’, a weekly pop culture podcast about trending topics throughout the week.
They review movies, web series, youtube trending videos and music videos.
This week they are discussing a web series, a movie trailer, music video and trending youtube video. They started talking about the trending name ‘BINOD’ , which is getting famous among millennials through memes and videos. After this, they moved to their main sections.
They started their podcast by reviewing ‘Bandish Bandits’ , a musical web series released on Amazon Prime Video on 4 August.
Aarushi said that she loved the series but Aditya told her that he didn’t like the trailer much, but then Aarushi told him that she herself didn't like the trailer but when she watched the series after seeing it's IMDB rating of 8.7, and she loved the web series. She found it interesting, beautiful and engaging. She loved the music and found it new and refreshing. Aditya added that the direction of the series has been done by ‘Anand Tiwari’.
Next, they shifted to their second category, movie trailer ‘Sadak 2’. Sadak 2 has become the most disliked video on youtube and Aarushi & Aditya both have done their bit in disliking it on youtube. The youth community is conspiring against the movie makers claiming justice for the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. But both Aarushi and Aditya, unanimously said that they didn’t like the trailer at all. At the end, not offending Sanjay Dutt, they declared they didn’t like anyone in the trailer.
Moving to their next category, they talked about a music video CLASH by Diljit Dosanjh.
Diljit Dosanjh has released a new song from his album G.O.A.T on youtube music.
Aditya told that he loves Diljit Dosanjh but he finds all the punjabi music videos similar and Aarushi agreed. Aarushi then hilariously created a contest for their listeners about counting how many times the word ‘jatt’ has come in the song.
Lastly, they discussed the trending youtube video, from ‘Slayy Point’ which gave birth to the most trending name of the week ‘BINOD’. Slayy point is a youtube channel which roasts the topics and people. Aarushi and Aditya discussed how they both came across ‘Binod’, buzz.
