TV Thursday: Ladies Man
In 1980, CBS-TV premiered the sitcom Ladies Man, about a divorced father who works at a women's magazine with a largely female staff, which ended after one season. In 1999, the same network launched another sitcom with the same title, this one about a furniture maker who struggles to balance his work life with the constant presence of women in his life. This series ran for two seasons.

Editor's Note: The 1980 series made use of an apostrophe in its title.
